Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore Florence on foot. Many found the hosts to be friendly, communicative, and accommodating, and several reviews highlighted the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. However, a significant number of guests noted issues with noise, especially from the street and neighboring rooms, which affected sleep quality. Some also mentioned problems with the bathrooms, such as small size, cleanliness, broken fixtures, and difficulty with showers. Despite these drawbacks, the positive aspects of location, service, and cleanliness stood out for most visitors.
