Cons: We were refused boarding at the gate, despite having gone through check in and security. My wife did not have photo ID in her married name (as on the booking). This was a domestic flight and we were not given an opportunity to correct at any stage, despite offering when we realised the mistake. We had to pay first to change the name and then again to move to a later flight. This was then delayed by 45 min meaning we missed our ferry in Aberdeen. We have not received any response to complaints submitted via the website.
