Pros (+) Liked the cleanliness, comfortable bed, great customer service, great value at being last minute, Starbucks onsite, variety of food venues nearby, free & ample parking, next to the freeway
Cons (-) The sofa bed didn't have any linens (no bed sheet, no extra pillows for the sofa bed), lotion was not provided for the first night (when I called front desk, I was told supply was low) but was provided the next night
