Pros (+) The room was clean. The AC worked well. The bed was comfortable.
Cons (-) They charge 2 dollars for a bottle of water in the room for non-honors members which I have not seen anywhere else! In-room water bottles have always been free. Some of the reception people were rude. The carpeting in common areas are old and dirty!
