Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's convenient location and the spacious, clean rooms. Many found the staff friendly and helpful, though some experienced issues with service, particularly at check-in or with specific requests. Cleanliness was generally well regarded, but a few guests noted lapses in room and facility upkeep. The pool was a major draw for some, but several were disappointed by closures or maintenance issues. Overall, the hotel met expectations for comfort and amenities, though improvements in communication and consistency could enhance guest satisfaction.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) Good location, excellent staff.
Cons (-) Rooms were much smaller than portrayed online. Swimming pool, which was the main reason we stayed here, was gross. Could not see more than 10 feet in front of you because of debris and just yuck. Also, when I used my hands to swim underwater, I came up with strings of hair. Never had that happen before anywhere. I believe the filters are weak or not working.
