The hotel was solid. TRULY no complaints. Was easy to find, very clean, front desk associate was as nice as can be. Didn't try the breakfast, but I grabbed a muffin which was fine. The downside, I can't be excited about the place; its like a glorified dorm room. IT REALLY IS AS NICE AS CAN BE and the price was fantastic, so while I want to give it 5 Stars / Excellent, its still "good". Would I go ...

Pros (+) Room was clean, rest of the hotel was kind of rough. Had fire damage that yet be repaired at rear entrance, doing some renovations so wasn't very clean around reception area.
Cons (-) Good value for what we wanted, nothing fancy, but the rooms were clean & beds were new & comfortable.
