Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room with a good-sized bathroom. Great shower pressure. Ability to use the washing machines and dryers in the adjacent Hilton Garden.

Was double booked and no one to help on the weekends. Really? The Hilton Hotel has no one to help with reservation problems on the weekends. Terrible Food at restaurant was ok but definitely not worth the very high price.

I booked through kayak/expedia and it double booked my non refundable reservation for 2 rooms 2 nights. They reserved 4 rooms for me instead of 2 and it cost me an extra 1100 dollars

We stayed for one night. Beautiful building and close by to terminal 1. However not enough signage to find it from terminal 1. We got lost walking around the airport trying to find it. Otherwise rooms were good, breakfast was good. We asked for two rooms as there were 5 of us but got rooms in different floors.

Hotel was very clean and very convenient. We only stayed one night. However, the hotel seemed empty and as if under construction. The restaurant was not open for dinner which was disappointing since we were tired from travel and did not wish to go into the city center. Pros (+) The breakfast buffet was good, and the location was excellent. Easy to get to and from the airport and very convenient to get to the train stations to get around Frankfurt.
Cons (-) Our toilet seat was dirty when we got in (it got cleaned, and we got some chocolate), and it took about 10 minutes to get checked in because of a slow customer and not enough front desk staff, but it wasn’t too bad.
