Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly appreciate the hotel's prime location, especially for airport access, and many mention the breakfast as a highlight. Cleanliness and service receive mixed feedback, with some guests noting issues like room temperature, dated furnishings, or slow responses, while others compliment friendly staff and clean rooms. Bed comfort and amenities are generally satisfactory, though not consistently praised. Overall, the hotel is valued for its convenience, but some aspects could be improved for a more comfortable stay.AI-generated from customer reviews

Was double booked and no one to help on the weekends. Really? The Hilton Hotel has no one to help with reservation problems on the weekends. Terrible Food at restaurant was ok but definitely not worth the very high price.
I booked through kayak/expedia and it double booked my non refundable reservation for 2 rooms 2 nights. They reserved 4 rooms for me instead of 2 and it cost me an extra 1100 dollars
We stayed for one night. Beautiful building and close by to terminal 1. However not enough signage to find it from terminal 1. We got lost walking around the airport trying to find it. Otherwise rooms were good, breakfast was good. We asked for two rooms as there were 5 of us but got rooms in different floors.
Hotel was very clean and very convenient. We only stayed one night. However, the hotel seemed empty and as if under construction. The restaurant was not open for dinner which was disappointing since we were tired from travel and did not wish to go into the city center. Also, the Hilton garden inn (next door) had breakfast included and seemed a much better choice. It had a store that was convenient...

Cons (-) Softer bed and larger room
Pros (+) The rooms were big and they had everything you need inside.
Cons (-) They charge for internet in the rooms, water, everything. They also take a security deposit at check in.
Pros (+) The breakfast buffet was good, and the location was excellent. Easy to get to and from the airport and very convenient to get to the train stations to get around Frankfurt.
Cons (-) Our toilet seat was dirty when we got in (it got cleaned, and we got some chocolate), and it took about 10 minutes to get checked in because of a slow customer and not enough front desk staff, but it wasn’t too bad.
Pros (+) Great sauna/steam room
Cons (-) Pay for wifi, pay more if you want to stream, breakfast not included, a bottle of water is 9.50€.
Pros (+) Gorgeous modern hotel right at the airport
