Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, often noting its proximity to the Main river, parks, and city amenities. Many also appreciate the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. However, cleanliness is a recurring issue, with several guests reporting dirty rooms, old furniture, and maintenance problems. Breakfast receives mixed feedback, with some guests satisfied and others disappointed by the freshness and variety. Room size is generally considered adequate, though not outstanding. Overall, the hotel is valued for its location and service, but improvements in cleanliness and upkeep are needed.AI-generated from customer reviews
