Everything was good. The flight cost is reasonable.. Food and entertainment is not included and cannot evaluate.

I bought the ticket as a work/ business issued ticket, meaning my company probably payed extra for a flight of I bought by myself I would avoid let gol manage the entire reservation with its partner America. The App from gol and America were not able to properly handle check-in and information about the trip. Creating unnecessary confusion, also preventing properly define seats even by paying the fee. The boarding on Miami was in a very disconnected gate, that had limited access to other gates and food. So, I would avoid this route in the future in my travel. There are better routes.

I really didn't like anything 😕...it was an horrible experience, the personal is rude and lower in IQ ,the food ⁉️ there was no food, and all the rest forget about it 🤮❗️....they don't know what hell they are doing......

Was given all 3 boarding passes. Was refused boarding to Brasilia in Miami even though I had up to date Brazilian Visa and US passport. Had to return to Phoenix as trip was cancelled. Waiting for refund of the fare. Missed my son's birthday and visit with him and his wife.

Overview of GOL

GOL is based in Rio de Janeiro and is one of the largest airlines in Brazil. Additional hubs located in São Paulo, Fortaleza and Brasília help accommodate the domestic network, which has more than 50 destinations. International services are also available to neighboring countries that include Argentina, Chile, the Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Mexico, and Paraguay. Transcontinental flights reach southern locations in the United States. Codeshare agreements are held with several companies, including Air Canada, Delta Air Lines, Etihad Airways, and KLM.

Operating as a low-cost carrier, GOL delivers competitively priced fares while still providing onboard amenities. Complimentary beverages such as water, coffee and juice are always available. Nutritious snacks, including wholegrain biscuits and cookies, are also served for free on domestic services within Brazil. Passengers on longer distance international routes receive either a cold or hot meal with fruit.

Economy is available on all services, while Premium Economy is also offered on particular aircraft. Seats in Economy have approximately 31 in of legroom. Middle seats are reserved in Premium Economy, meaning you won’t have anyone sitting next to you, and they also recline 50% more. The upgraded section is restricted to 16 people and has an exclusive lavatory.

An exclusively Boeing fleet of aircraft is operated by GOL. A range of 737 models is flown, with seating layouts varying between 180 and 186 passengers. The short-to-medium distance jets can cater to both domestic and international routes. Simple orange and white designs decorate the fleet; however, a unique 737-800 has green and yellow features to celebrate the Brazilian football team.
