YUK hotel with yukkier staff!! All the way from the GM and his crappy management team to the waiters in the so called restaurant. Dirty urine stained toilets, dirty bedroom, worn out furniture to disgusting food! The staff have no sense of customer service - they are plain rude and obnoxious.
