Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, making it convenient for sightseeing and exploring Georgetown. Many reviewers found the staff to be friendly and helpful, and some felt the hotel offered good value for the price. However, several guests expressed concerns about cleanliness, with reports of dirty rooms, old facilities, and even pests. Bed comfort was also an issue for some, with complaints about hard or uncomfortable mattresses. Overall, while the location and service are highlights, improvements in cleanliness and room comfort are needed.
