Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly appreciate the hotel staff, frequently mentioning their helpfulness, professionalism, and positive attitude, with several staff members like Pallavi and Isha receiving special recognition. However, there are notable complaints about cleanliness, with some guests reporting dirty rooms, outdated facilities, and issues with linen and towels. Room service and food quality also received criticism, and a few guests noted that rooms and bathrooms need modernization. Despite these negatives, many guests had a pleasant stay, citing good value for money and a welcoming atmosphere.AI-generated from customer reviews
