The crew offered no help or solutions when I was denied af security and had to return to ticketing to check a bag. They refused to check the bag and caused me to miss the flight, and offered to rebook me for over $2000. Shady. Most unhelpful agents. You'd just better hope you don't have an issue, because the customer service is some of the worst I've experienced. Won't fly them again.

We were traveling with our 1 year old. On any other flight, we've been given seats with extra legroom and a bassinet when available. Turkish airlines put us crammed in a window and middle seat for a 9 hour flight. It was absolutely un-doable. Everyone around us realized this and tried to help as we asked the flight attendant to help us and she said that I should ask other people to move around not her. We had to go around the plane begging people who were sitting with a bassinet and no baby to trade seats with us. It was an absolutely horrible experience. It was the airline's mistake, and we were the ones forced to try to fix it. Yes, we got a bassinet eventually, but not before we saw how mean and selfish other passengers could be pretending not to hear us and ignoring us. And no help from the crew.

Service was much better than on the flight from MIA to CDG 3 weeks before - that was very poor. Entertainment was excellent - great selection of movies. Premium Economy was definitely worth the upgrade cost.

Boarding was a complete debacle - no control over who went where. Sky Priority line was full of 50 people who weren't Sky Priority, and there was only one person checking passports. The two people at the desk didn't care when I noted this. We were called to the desk in advance of boarding to check passport information. When we got to the check in line, we were taken aside for more passport checking, even though we are US citizens with Trusted Traveler status in the GOES program. We were one of the first people at the departure lounge, and one of the the last to board.

Flight was late. Boarding very slow. Entertainment was ok by today's standards. Each seat had a display, but movie selection was not great. For a French airline I was looking forward to breakfast -- maybe some nice pastries or at least a decent croissant with jam. None such. It was disappointing. Meals were not impressive either, but the complimentary wine was good. I did not find the seats comfortable.

Food is always a plus (especially compared to the US flights, where hardly anything but a salty snack and a drink are included with the flight).

I was confused about which check in counter to go to - I purchased my ticket through Oman Air, but they could not find my reservation at the check in counter.... they suggested going to the Gulf Air counter, where I was able to successfully check in.

The flight was delayed by 40 minutes initially then a further 20 making it an hour late. Sitting at the gate there was then suddenly a last call to board the flight and a mad rush for everyone to get on. I appreciate that delays happen but the lack of communication ragardinh altered boarding times didn't make the situation any easier

The staff were friendly and all smiles. Seats were comfortable and we had a quick, smooth flight from Edinburgh to Amsterdam. The breakfast supplied was an egg and mayonnaise sandwich plus a drink, which seemed about right and very Dutch in character.

It was rainy and necessary to walk outside to access the plane; the staff should give their customers a heads-up so that jackets can be donned. Additionally, the check-in queue seemed rather sluggish.

Flight crew was very friendly and helpful, seats were comfortable, entertainment options were plenty, and food was excellent. Would definitely fly again and recommended to others.

Check in process was a little slow, since they do not have self service kiosks for those who are not checking bags. However, ticket staff was very friendly and helpful. Boarding was a tad chaotic, since they do not have separate lines for each group.

Choice of movies was good

Changed flights in Dubai but there were not enough or easy directions. Could not hear boarding announcements due to announcement issues. Crew who served were rude and not useful most time, except couple of crew members. Ear phone not working, took a while after asking to get new one. Food was cold and poor - did not have second bite on most food. Crew serving was as if they were in training (must be) Cramped seat, which did not recline much, which was unusual for Emirates. Glad to be out of that plane.

Bizarre incident with FA over meal. I'm on left aisle of middle row of 3 seats. Another customer is on the other aisle. Middle seat empty. Both meal trolleys moving up aisles, ten seconds apart. FA leans over me and asks the man on the other aisle what he wants to eat and serves him. I'm busy putting netbook away so my tray table will be empty. FA 'forgets' to invite me to eat. This is an Arab airline???! In 49 years of air travel I have never seen such a thing. I sit there wondering what on earth is happening. Weeks later I'm still bewildered.

The plane was boarded early and then the flight ended up being delayed an hour. The seats were extremely uncomfortable and the leg room almost nonexistent. It was difficult to move at all for this 12 hour flight. I am not very tall at only 5'7" and I am slim. Also, the lunch was worse than any I've ever had.

We paid for bags. Called to check the bags were included and on a technicality alitila charged for bags again. When we asked why, we were told this happens all the time. It seems alitila relays on this to rip of foreigners. This is despicable. This happened twice from two different booking companies and only with Alitalia. I will follow this up next week.

AVML food was requested but I have never had worst food than on this flight (ever in my life). The crew to abu Dhabi was Ok but I had the worst experience ever on the flight to Ahmedabad. The staff was OK only. The entertainment was sub par. I recently flew Delta domestic flights and it had many newer English and Hindi movies than on this flight to India, go figure. I think even Air India may have newer and many more movie choices than this air line. I flew my sick father with Catheter business class but the restrooms in the business class were same small pigeon hole size. We could not even fit inside to empty out the bag. Don't buy business thinking of the luxury of space. It is a myth.

On our entire journey this leg had the friendliest crew. Surprisingly the A380 journeys had seats more cramped with poorer recline than this aircraft.

The food definitely needs to improve. It is slipping back to the cliched term of 'airline food' Albeit extremely courteous and caring the crew seemed overwhelmed and understaffed for there were delays in providing drinks or a blanket (although they profusely apologised)

The female flight attendants are all stunning in their bright orange uniform.

The planes are very tight. Ever since they updated their aircraft they added one or two rows and planes became so narrow! On the way to Moscow we didn't have an entertainment because they monitors didn't work for 30% of the plane. On the way back they delayed the flight for 5 hours because they plane had technical issues and they were changing it. We missed our connection from NY to Miami and since it was a separate ticket I lost those tickets. They didn't update us while we were waiting what's going on. A few times they would announce boarding on the electronic tableau, people would line up and wait for 40 minutes. The staff would just look and say nothing or smile and say "we don't know why you are standing, I didn't tell you to line up!" We had a special meal on the flight. They gave you exactly the same food twice. I was just laughing but other people who had special meals were really upset. If someone asked they would probably say "it's your problem that you don't want to eat like the rest lol! Next time when booking a flight I'll pay more but have a normal experience and not the torture "Russian style"

That was my first flight and the entertainment video did not work I also will like to see a situation where I can drop my luggage and be checked in on the day of flight no matter the flight time I drove all night to Heathrow from Manchester and arrived at check in countrer at 8am and was refused check in until 11.30 for a 1:45pm flight so I was not able to go and sleep somewhere as I planner . Doha airport is easy to move through; They put me in an exit row behind a bulkhead has plenty of legroom.

Reading light wasn't aimed properly, and there was nowhere to put anything because of it being an exit row behind a bulkhead. That meant, that I had to hold anything I wanted during take-off, and landing, and the entertainment system had to be stowed during those times as well, so I couldn't even listen to music as the only controls were the touchscreen.

They were average in terms of comfort and crew. You can only get so conofortable in economy class and the crew did what they were expected to. I did feel that my empty meal tray was left on my table for quite some time though.

We had no individual entertainment on the flight, only very old CRT screens hanging from the ceiling, circa 1995. They did show movies but the sound quality was poor and my headphone jack did not work so I had to share with my husband. They offered no explanation for this, since their website clearly promises individual screens for international flights. When asked, the FA simply said "this isn't our usual plane for these types of flights." However, we had the same issue when flying to Frankfurt with them, so the company seems to just be lying. The food can barely pass as food. Everything was ice cold except the main dinner entree, even the bread. The only vegetable available throughout our 8+ hour flight was shredded carrots absolutely swimming in mayonnaise. The boarding process was exceedingly slow and they would not allow use of cell phones for boarding passes, although their check in provides the attachments. This required probably 1/4 of those boarding to have to step aside to another line for a paper copy. Again, no apologies or explanations from the company. Overall, I wish I had shopped around a bit more and chosen another airline. International flying is supposed to be somewhat enjoyable, even in economy class. Instead, this was the longest 8+ hours of my life.

I had an Indian inspired chicken dish. It was the first time I have ever enjoyed airplane food. Nicely done.

I was lucky and got an emergency isle row. Even so, I am not a big person. I'm a 25 year old athlete. And I find the seats are getting tight. My shoulders are right at the edge. This isn't a condemnation of British Airways specifically, more a criticism of all airlines. This sardine style seating is a trend I'd like to roll back or at least halt.

I didn't like that my 22 year old granddaughter was separated from my other granddaughtner and me while we were going or water and food. When we returned, we were told that this was an extra security check required by the US gov. and that she would be returned before boarding. That was my grandstanding at least . What happened was that she was not returned and no further communicated with my other granddaughter and me by the time the plane was being hoarded. It doesn't require a vivid imagination to think of fake BAW employees and human trafficking tp understand why I was terrified by the disappearance without return of my green eyed ,lovely young granddaughter.

The plane from Kuwait to Doha was clean and obviously new.

Transit handling is awful. Had to wait 2 hours after arriving to drive us to Safir hotel ( I completely paid for accommodation on the 2 trips transit 2 nights ) and then they picked us up 3 hours before our boarding time. So practically we paid for the night and stayed there for 2 hours. Considering that it's an overnight stay, and I am carrying a sleeping kid and an infant and our hand luggage, with no chance to find any help as there is no Kuwait airlines office inside the airport!!!!! Seriously!!! no car to drive us to the hotel ? No one to complain to!!

First time I've had a gift in economy! Very minimal, but nice! Food was very good - especially for airline food. Crew all very nice, and pre-flight in SFO was efficient and pleasant.

I'm a wheelchair passenger, which was a DISASTER in Istanbul!. It took nearly an hour to get to off and to passport control. And on the plane, it was very uncomfortable because of so little leg room. To get out of the window seat to go to the toilet was as bad as it gets, because of row in front with reclined seats - only possible to scoot across in sitting position. Not easy....!

Flight took off and landed on time.

Remaining baggage took 30 mins to be unloaded. The belt display changed to no flights. Passengers had to yell at Jet personnel before somebody got the remaining bags from what was a commuter airline.

In flight entertainment is great! Good selection of movies, nice screens.

No vents at seats on Airbus 300, AC was set at high temp so I was frequently way to warm to be comfortable. This is on both our main flight to Istanbul and our short transfer to Athens. Drink service did not start until 2 1/2 hours into flight. You get what you pay for I suppose. Still 10.5 on a hot plane!!! I usually need a jacket. Food was ...awful.

Staff at Business Class checkin walking off the desk when we tried to check in. The on-line check failed and that was the only reason to go to the counter, but, alas, it then took an hour to get things sorted because the single staff person just walked off because no one was there to relieve her.

First time I've had a gift in economy! Very minimal, but nice! Food was very good - especially for airline food. Crew all very nice, and pre-flight in SFO was efficient and pleasant.

I'm a wheelchair passenger, which was a DISASTER in Istanbul!. It took nearly an hour to get to off and to passport control. And on the plane, it was very uncomfortable because of so little leg room. To get out of the window seat to go to the toilet was as bad as it gets, because of row in front with reclined seats - only possible to scoot across in sitting position. Not easy....!

All crew I interacted with was great, friendly, and helpful.

Flight was late. Boarding very slow. Entertainment was ok by today's standards. Each seat had a display, but movie selection was not great. For a French airline I was looking forward to breakfast -- maybe some nice pastries or at least a decent croissant with jam. None such. It was disappointing. Meals were not impressive either, but the complimentary wine was good. I did not find the seats comfortable.

Food is always a plus (especially compared to the US flights, where hardly anything but a salty snack and a drink are included with the flight).

I was confused about which check in counter to go to - I purchased my ticket through Oman Air, but they could not find my reservation at the check in counter.... they suggested going to the Gulf Air counter, where I was able to successfully check in.
