Pros (+) We stayed due our wedding night and would never go back. We had booked and confirmed a pet friendly room. The staff placed us in anin-pet room even though we made it clear we had a dog. In the morning, we were awakened to a rude and combative desk clerk who accused us of sneaking in our dog. Our friend came to take us out to celebrate and the clerk accused her of spending iurbwedfing night with us...
Cons (-) The front desk staff were horrible except Schaffer. Discriminated against us for being a gay couple on our honeymoon. Absurd ignorance.

Pros (+) All the employees were very nice. Everything was very clean and tidy. GREAT location next to the trolley. Grounds were very tidy and beautiful.
Cons (-) Wish it was a bit more friendly for our four legged friend - it didn't seem very welcoming for the dog. Rooms and halls were dark and could use a bit more decor - felt very sparse. I expected a bit more "luxury" for the $200/nt that I paid.
