My only complaint is we requested extra blanket and towels and never received them. And our room was not cleaned while there but the staff was wonderful and I will definitely stay there again

Pros (+) This was a great hotel. We stayed in a large room & bathroom with a soaking jacuzzi tub; wonderfully soft white robes, and; a very comfortable bed with nice sheets. The staff were friendly as well.

Pros (+) Very spacious room and huge bathroom.
Cons (-) Nice enough room, although outdated. Our windows faced highway 16 and there was quite a lot of noise from traffic which made a good nights sleep hard.

Pros (+) Location is great. It was available on short notice. Free continental breakfast. Beds were comfortable.
Cons (-) Too close to highway, poor TV reception & channel choice. Not enough people working at desk.

Cons (-) The front desk person was basically rude. A decent welcome should occur when you enter a hotel instead of "what do you want". Never said welcome, thank you, enjoy you time...... Get someone else at the front desk. Someone who actually wants to do the job. Will not return
