Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, convenient for shopping and city access. The breakfast is frequently highlighted as varied and of good quality. However, many guests are disappointed with the cold, unheated pool and feel that the value for price is lacking, citing high costs for parking and services. Service quality is mixed, with some staff praised for friendliness while others are criticized for lack of attentiveness. Cleanliness and comfort are generally positive, but several reviews mention the need for renovations and better maintenance.
