I know it was not in Deltas fault. But numerous delays and cancelations. I requested a hotel voucher and was told they weren't available. The lady on my hotel shuttle did receive one from American. Why the difference?

Flight was 3 hours late so only had an OK experience

Ongoing flight was delayed. Staff at bag recheck was able to get us on an earlier flight. With only 20 minutes till take off we feared our bags would not make the new earlier flight. We were most delighted that they did and were there when we landed. Delta came through

Friendly flight attendants. Comfort plus seats were very comfortable and had lots of leg room. 10A and 10 B.

Absolutely nothing flight was cancelled and delayed for 2 days. Barely a heads up I want a full refund

All in all it was a long flight in economy class. There’s only so much comfort one can expect on a plane. The seats felt exceptionally hard and as an over 6’ individual I’ll seldom feel great about legroom. The food was good and the flight crew was great. The headphones provided for the movies were terrible, though

Flight delayed about 2 hrs so it made it a VERY late night

My only complaint is that the pocket in front of me was ripped and my things, like iPad and airline magazines, kept slipping to the floor.

I think Virgin is one of the best flying experiences, especially from/to the UK. The staff are so helpful and fun, the food is good, seats comfortable, goof entertainment and great value. Check in and boarding is pretty pain free. I also find that the other passengers are generally so kind and considerate than when I've flown other airlines.

Cabin crew on our flight showed lack of any customer service gruff and acting annoyed if you asked anything and I mean anything Example a man on the seat over dropped his beer on my husbands blanket We asked if we could switch out blankets cabin crew Said. No we don’t have any extras OK well can you take the wet one Cabin crew looked disgusted and annoyed Took it no OK or yes just a growl

Quick flight. But cabin crew were very noisy and talking too much, especially when we were seated at the back of the plane trying to sleep through the night .

My ticket was for Premium Economy and all the seats were taken, I was placed in Economy class and I’m looking for a refund.

Unfortunately delayed 2 hrs due to faulty tyre.. which had to be changed, but better safe than sorry.

Hi vergin Atlantic service was good but the flight ticket agent travel up charge me extra 57 pounds as a airport charges, actually I refuse to pay but they say if I not pay £57 then they say you will not be able to travel from Heathrow to goa ,so for me there was no option and it was just 3 day before my departure so i paid, so please look in to the matter. And I have a receipt of £ 57 as well .thanks

Staff didn’t check cabin well for landing seemed more interested in chatting to each other. Food was poor and differed from pre order.

Four handbag storages were damaged and sealed, limiting the space to store our things in the plane.

Paper boarding passes needed, so you need to add the time at the kiosk or desk to get them at the airport

The boading process was fine. Had to wait for bus from tarmac to terminal. Had to go through 2 or 3 security checkpoints in Lima to make next connecting flight.

The sits were very hard and after an overnight flight my back was hurting. The food was very bad and poor quality, I was very hungry but I could not eat the food, I tried but the it was so bad , I don’t think my dog would have eaten it either. No kidding?!!! The Crew was lovely, the bathrooms were spacious and the entertainment was good. When I arrived in Madrid I was given the incorrect instructions by the woman who was at the desk for connecting flights information for LATAM airlines. Due to this I missed my flight and my luggage was lost. Consequently I had 3 passport checks and security checks in and out of Spain!!! The terminal T4 and terminal T4S are a different thing And they are very far apart. My flight was scheduled to exit at T4S and they send me to T4, I went to T4 they send me back to T4S and I had yo take a train and check in and out this time I was exhausted and wanted to cry. Eventually a crew member of LATAM felt compassion for me and saw my predicament, she said I had no time to go back to terminal T4 again so she rescheduled the flight. My baggage was lost and I had to go to try to find it at midnight. It was a real nightmare. Just thinking about it makes me angry. This Airport in Madrid is not easy to navigate, so please give people some real assistance and assurance. I SHOULD have not missed my flight There was plenty of time. It was miss information of people who don’t care, don’t read and don’t listen and unfortunately that is their job. Not happy at all

It was a long and boring flight with no entertainment and no meal only a drink and very bad bag of chips

My experience it was okay but have many thinks to be better. For example the food, the comfort.

Just some cookies and water. There could be other options for food.

I didn't realize they didn't have bathrooms on the plane. Almost had a very bad situation.

I missed my plane because there was a lot of people during the migration process. The airline has the chance to care for their clients and they could get the passengers missing in the flight. I lost a day of work and Montfort transportation to go back home and go to the airport again. Unfortunately the airline doesn’t care about that. I use latam at least 4 times a year, so I guess I need to be treat better. In addition, one on my baggages didyarricw to my destination. So frustrated with this trip.

I loved how polite the crew was even though some of them wasn't the best with English that they still done everything they could to help me with my needs food was amazing

First, I was moved from my scheduled flight at 10:45 to 6:30. Bad form as I had a scheduled lesson in the morning that I couldn't get a refund for. Second, we were bused out to the plane and bused back to the terminal and sat and sat all with NO explanation until the end of the long wait. Third, once we boarded the plane, we again sat for at least an hour WITH NO EXPLANATORY ANNOUNCEMENT. Plane left and arrived 2 hours late. I missed a train connection adding hours to my trip home. Lastly, it's time the airport is upgraded or TAP gets priority for walk-on gates. As a 74 year old, carrying my carry on luggage up and down stairs between the terminal and the plane is a pain. Might be the last time I fly TAP.

The flight was cancelled. the staff did not know how to arrange overnight, food and transportation accommodations required by law, causing long lines lasting several hours. the rebooked flight was then delayed 5 times from 9am to 4:45pm

Flight delays. Mad rush with no help from staff. Staff for TAP is elusive like the Tasmanian devil... you hear about it but never seen it. Seats were the only thing that was ok as its lie flat, but trying to sleep was like being at a concert as the crew were chit chatting non stop while you are trying to sleep. Food was seriously better in Premium EY on other airlines like Singapore Airlines, Lufthansa, United. We traveled Business Class on TAP. Crew were friendly enough but not very present at lull period of flight.

The AB 330 was unbelievable comfortable. The 2/4/2 seating was great. Everything about this trip was wonderful except .....for the chili which looked like cat food!

We had seats 1 D and 1E which is right to the front as there were no other seats available. It is right up at the galley and toilet. Whole flight was very noisy and busy and we didnt get a good flight or rest the entire flight. Its was a pretty costly Business class fare that felt like Economy class experience.

Our flight from NY was on time. The leg room was torture.. for a long flight.. It was extremely uncomfortable.

Tap being tap...the company had better days, service is terrible, not comfortable at all...

TAP is a good, decent airline for international journeys. No complaints about the service, the crew, the comfort, or the baggage handling.

Zero legroom or space in economy. Flight was delayed into Munich causing a missed connecting flight and other missed bookings. :(

The plane was late and had not been cleaned prior to our flight from Frankfurt to LA, so we had to use bathrooms that were completely filthy and stank like hell. One of them eventually was even closed early on during the flight. It was a horrific experience.

More legroom (I am 6’4”) and my knees were in the back of the seat in front of me. Food was laughable

We were delayed so long that I missed the next flight. I should’ve arrived in Catania at 4 o’clock and arrived at 1 AM. The late departure was due to a water leak due to a dirty filter, according to the flight staff, and that seems like something that should’ve been taken care of before the flight. It’s too simple of a mechanical problem to make you miss the whole day.

Good staff help. Seats do not have enough legroom. Bus from plane to terminal was annoying.

Online check in was awesome and so smooth! It was our first time using it. I got to choose seats for free and I paid for our extra bag so easily. Then check in at the airport was a breeze!

I did not like that they failed to put my luggage on my connecting flight to Athens. I was promised it would be located and delivered within 2 days but later told there was no information on its location. This caused me to have unplanned for expenses because I then had to purchase new clothing to wear on my vacation. I did not receive my luggage until my return flight home. I will not be traveling with them again.

Absolutely the most awful experience in the history of service from gate agents to baggage handlers. Never will i use kayak or Lufthansa again. Ever.
