Guests consistently praised the hotel's beautiful location, proximity to the beach, and clean pool areas. Many found the staff to be friendly and attentive, especially at the pool and beach. However, reviews were mixed regarding cleanliness, with some guests noting issues in rooms and dining areas, while others reported spotless accommodations. The restaurant and food quality received varied feedback, with some enjoying the variety and quality, while others found it lacking in hygiene and choice. Service levels also ranged from excellent to mediocre, particularly at reception and in response to guest concerns. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its setting and amenities, but there are areas for improvement in service consistency and cleanliness.
