Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests frequently praised the hotel's convenient location, with many noting its proximity to restaurants and attractions as a positive aspect. However, the majority of reviews expressed significant dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of the rooms, citing issues such as roaches, dirty linens, and poorly maintained facilities. Service was also a common concern, with reports of unhelpful or rude staff and housekeeping entering rooms unannounced. The pool was mentioned several times, but often negatively, due to cleanliness or maintenance problems. Overall, while the location is a highlight, major improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and amenities.
