Pros (+) Cleaning personel were extremely friendly and did an amazing job overall.
Cons (-) Receptionist was pretty rude and the bell boy was very intrusive and made us quite uncomfortable.

Pros (+) The bed was comfortable. The room was very spacious. Most of the staff was friendly.
Cons (-) The air conditioner was not working, maintenance came to look at it and told us that it's the same in all the rooms and nothing could be done. We suffered through the night in a hot room. So hot my husband slept on the bathroom floor. There was only one elevator working so the wait to go up or down was long. To top it off my room key deactivated and I had to wait to go down get a new key and then ...
