Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to the gondola and ski slopes, making it very convenient for skiers and snowboarders. However, many reviews highlighted significant drawbacks, including poor service, lack of Japanese-speaking staff, and communication issues. Cleanliness was a recurring concern, with several guests reporting dirty rooms and facilities in disrepair. The lack of in-room WiFi and small room sizes were also commonly mentioned negatives. Despite these issues, some guests appreciated the reasonable price and basic amenities, but overall, the hotel is best suited for those prioritizing location over comfort and service.
