Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for exploring local attractions, restaurants, and the waterfront. The staff received high marks for their friendliness, professionalism, and helpfulness, with several guests highlighting positive interactions with management and front desk personnel. Cleanliness was also a strong point, with many reviews noting clean rooms and public areas. The breakfast was generally appreciated for its variety and quality, though a few guests mentioned issues with replenishment and seating. Wonderful location. All staff friendly and helpful. Great laundry facilities. Only concern: directly across the street from a pub that was loud until midnight.
