Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for exploring the area. However, there are widespread complaints about poor cleanliness, with many mentioning dirty rooms, bathrooms, and general lack of maintenance. Service receives mixed feedback, with some staff described as friendly and helpful while others are seen as unresponsive. Value for price and bed comfort also receive criticism, with several guests feeling the quality does not match the cost and beds being uncomfortable.
