Location, public transport connections, style of the old house. A part of the rooms were renovated, ours not - some might find that it has "old-fashioned charm" but for us it was just worn-out. No shower curtain. Very poor sound isolation inside the building (you could hear everything going on in the corridor) but good from the outside.

Friendly staff, ok breakfast, ok location. Very old looking, room was very small and old looking. Weather was hot when staying but no air conditioning in room.

Staff were excellent. Breakfast was good. Location was good, 5 min walk to shops/train. Hotel was very quiet and had no bar.
