Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guest reviews overwhelmingly criticize the hotel for poor cleanliness, with many mentioning dirty rooms, mold, unpleasant odors, and unkempt bathrooms. Service is also a major concern, as guests report unhelpful or absent staff, difficulty accessing the property, and lack of response to problems. Several reviews highlight extremely small rooms and cramped bathrooms, which contributed to discomfort. While a few guests found the location convenient, the overall experience was marred by negative impressions of hygiene, maintenance, and customer service.AI-generated from customer reviews
