Cons (-) Room smelled like pot. People partying in parking lot outside our room, tried to call hotel desk about both and nobody answered the phone. Went to the front desk and found a young woman who was on staff for the night outside sitting. She gave is spray to get rid of the pot smell and did nothing else. Horrible nights sleep, couldn't wait to get up and leave.

Pros (+) The location was nice, and it was clean.
Cons (-) Apparently the man at the front desk told a bunch of college kids it was ok to party there. Until 4 am none the less. Music cranked jumping on beds drunk screaming girls. I didn't sleep a wink. To make matters worse there wasn't even any staff on at night, so I couldn't even place a complaint

Pros (+) I liked the fact they had a pool, small though it was; the room was clean enough and it was within walking distance of the beach and the casino ballroom, which is the reason I stayed there.
Cons (-) The bunk bed mattresses were uncomfortable. Room was small. We had a full bed and a bunk bed. The bottom rung on the ladder to the top bunk was missing which made it difficult and, in my opinion, dangerous. Air conditioner was so high up I had to stand on the nightstand to turn it on/off which was not only inconvenient but also dangerous. For $200+ for one night it should be better maintained.

Pros (+) It is exactly what you would expect from a Hampton Beach motel. Nothing fancy. A little outdated. The location is great. Great price.
Cons (-) If you are expecting the Four Seasons, that's your problem.
