Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel for its outstanding service, especially mentioning Sofia for her friendliness, helpfulness, and excellent recommendations. The location was repeatedly highlighted as convenient for exploring Hanoi, with many attractions, restaurants, and cafés nearby. Cleanliness and room comfort were also appreciated, and several guests enjoyed the breakfast. However, a few negative experiences were reported regarding overbooking and being moved to a different hotel, as well as some issues with room conditions in those cases. Overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives, making the hotel a popular choice for visitors.
