The staff was very impolite.

Helpfulness of the front desk staff, those servicing the rooms, and door staff. All facilities worked well, including air con. Complimantary water in rooms was appreciated. It was close to old quarter attractions, including lake. No drinking water served with breakfast. All else was fine.
