Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, friendly and helpful staff, and clean, comfortable rooms. Many appreciated the proximity to the airport, shopping, and local attractions, as well as amenities like shuttle service and free parking. However, several guests expressed dissatisfaction with high incidental charges, overcharging issues, and some maintenance concerns such as noisy air conditioning and bathroom cleanliness. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, especially in terms of service and location.

Pros (+) The location was perfect for a date night at Prime Rib.
Cons (-) The computers were down so check in took an hour. Also, our air wasn’t working so it was hot bejesus. They were sold out so we couldn’t even switch rooms.
