Pros (+) The customer service at this hotel was great. Truly loved the Manager Michelle! She did everything from book us a tour for Harrison Cove, made us drinks call Bob Marley which were excellent , to giving us a small history lesson about Barbados. Cons (-) Kitchen closes early, so if you miss the allocated time slots to eat, you might have to leave the hotel to get some food. No clock or bathrobes in the rooms. Also it is an all inclusive hotel but they give you an empty fridge in your room. It would have been nice if they would have stocked the fridge with juices, waters, small bottles of wines and liquors.
