Front office staff are very nice and accommodating. We did not spend much time in the room, just slept there. We stayed on the 5th floor. Which was remodeled. I would say I would give the remodel a 5 on a scale of 1 to 10. Pros (+) NOTHING, this hotel was disgusting. From the carpet to the walls to the bathroom. This place was a nightmare. We Had to change rooms to get away from mold infestation by the pool area. And after I reported it they still put other guest in the same room.
Cons (-) This hotel needs a health inspection, massive cleaning and maintenance and mold removal from walls. I Was stuck in there for 5 days just so i wouldn’t lose my money. Worst experience ever. Please do not go here or take your family. I have pictures and videos.

Cons (-) Ceiling was peeling, beds lumpy, sheets and comforters yellowed. The tub/shower was clogged, TV didn't work, carpet was stained and rolling up. Hallways and rooms were dirty. Stayed one night, wouldn't go back.

Like having a great basket of bread before your very disappointing meal and service.
