Not staying a few mor days
Liked the grand decor
The short black fella at the steak restaurant in the black suit needs to smile abit more . And when spoken to not look so serious. Tried to joke to ease his attitude still no luck .very unpleasant
Staff were unbelievably helpful and the hotel was exactly what we were expecting.
Service, free update and very friendly personnel
Nothing to mention
The room was comfortable with close proximity to Heathrow and yet very quiet. The restaurants provided varied and tasty fare. The staff person overseeing checkin was extremely helpful. she attended to a small issue we had with attentiveness and care.
The room locks/ keys were not functioning perfectly and thus checkin was slow.
