Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, friendly and helpful service, and the quality of the breakfast. Many enjoyed the convenience of public transport and the river views. However, several reviews mentioned that the bathrooms are outdated or in poor condition and in need of renovation. The pool was also frequently noted as unavailable or too cold, disappointing guests who had chosen the hotel for this amenity. Despite these drawbacks, the positive aspects such as cleanliness, breakfast variety, and staff friendliness stood out.
