Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, often highlighting its proximity to the beach, city center, and scenic views. The breakfast was frequently described as outstanding, varied, and of high quality. Many guests appreciated the spacious and comfortable rooms. However, several reviews mentioned disappointing service, with complaints about staff attitude, slow or inadequate responses, and issues with restaurant and room service. Some guests also felt that the hotel did not offer good value for the price, citing high costs for rooms and amenities. Overall, while the setting and breakfast stood out positively, service and value were common concerns.AI-generated from customer reviews
