9.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice calm atmosphere, good breakfast, friendly staff, great views. Further from the tourist trap which was also nice, good location for the hiking at least if you have a car to move to the starting points of trails.
Cons: The noise from the hallway sounded a little bit too loud to the room inside.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The locations is stunning!! Hotel very clean, cozy and quiet, rooms very comfortable and spacious, a perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenery. Staff is also very helpful and friendly, great breakfast available in the morning to eat out on the terrace if you wish.
Cons: It would be probably nice to have a little bar or restaurant open rather than having to go down to the town especially when you arrive tired to the hotel, but credit to the hotel for giving very useful tips and details of places to eat in the area and for having tea and coffee facilities available as well as some little snack, crips, wine :-)
7.0 Good
Pros: Gorgeous views. Nice breakfast eaten overlooking the mountains (though would have liked more hot food & nicer bread - it’s a continental breakfast with boiled eggs available every other day). Building had character and was very clean. Would have loved to have had a pool/hot tub, or some sun loungers though I know most people who stay there (many Germans) use it as a base to hike/explore and therefore aren’t on site during the day.
Cons: Would have loved more options at breakfast - e.g. more fruit, green salad, roast veggies, fried or poached eggs, and more coffee (there was only 1 thermos which ran out quickly!).
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Charming hotel with superb view over the valley. The room was very comfortable and breakfast excellent and varied
Cons: Parking is a bit limited because of the configuration of premices
8.0 Excellent
Pros: the location, the view, the style of the building, the terraces; and also access to coffee/tea all day round ; fridge and drinks at disposal
Cons: no Wifi in the room is a little annoying
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were amazing
Casa Rural Ondina - Hermigua - Building

8.2 Excellent (36 reviews)
Overview Reviews
When you stay at Casa Rural Ondina in Hermigua, you'll be near the beach, within a 5-minute drive of Santa Catalina Beach and Santa Catalina Natural Pools. Free self parking is available onsite.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The terraces have great views. The apartments are well equipped and spacious.
Cons: Some of the bedrooms are great but didn't have windows although the communal area has lots.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Being in a banana plantation and the welcome gift from the owner was their own bananas and oranges. Delicious! Spacious apartment with lovely sun terrace and a great view.
Cons: The adjoining apartments could have been better soundproofed. Being on my own I was very conscious of heavy footsteps upstairs and a crying baby!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: We liked the location because it was close to good hiking, excellent scenery and we felt Hermigua was less touristic than some other locations. It was easier to interact with local people. We especially liked patronizing Pedro's bar and cafeteria and drinking 3 Vertientes, a locally grown wine we purchased from Los Telares museum gift shop. We also spent a lot of time on the terrace at Casa Ondina which was very private and enjoyable.
Cons: We liked everything but the steep spiral driveway might be challenging for some people.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: La Casa Ondina is a perfect place if you are going to Hermingua. The appartement is very well equipped, there is everything needed on vacation and even more! The terrasse is really nice with the view on the beach. The location is perfect if your are planning to do the trails close to the coast. And Vicky and Manuel are really lovely people, very welcoming and generous! I recommend!

7.9 Good
Pros: The shop, the terrace and the jam
Cons: A bit expensive and the breakfast was OK but not marvelous
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location. The atmosphere of an old village hotel. Very friendly owner. Our room had a small balcony overlooking the valley.
Cons: We don't like plastic covers over the mattresses. Shower could be better.
7.1 Good
Pros: good location, nice view, kind person on reception, nice (tipical) and very clean bathroom, common kitchen for use also to selfservice with wine, coffee etc.
Cons: cleanliness of common spaces, no eggs available for breakfast
5.8 Okay
Pros: It was quite unusual and distressing to have plastic covers over the mattresses. This made for a very uncomfortable night with almost no sleep. Every time I moved the plastic crinkled and it was rumply and very uncomfortable. The room also had very little light and was a little cave like.
Cons: See above.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The roof top terrace and the covered seating area.Having access to a small kitchen and some provisions was very helpful particularly when arriving later on a Sunday evening.
Cons: There wasn't anything I didn't like.
7.1 Good
Pros: Location, Jenny, traditional Canarian building, atmosphere, bathroom with good shower,Terrace..
Cons: Room & bed felt damp & there was a strong unpleasant odour. Breakfast very basic, would have liked more choice maybe cereals &/or yogurt.
