Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location, making it easy to access local attractions and the thermal lake. The service is frequently described as friendly, professional, and helpful. Cleanliness receives high marks, with many noting tidy rooms and well-maintained facilities. Breakfast and meals are generally appreciated for their variety and taste, though a few guests found the quality inconsistent. Amenities such as the spa, pools, and secure bicycle storage are well-liked. However, some guests mention issues with worn furniture, noise, air conditioning, and occasional problems with room maintenance or service charges. Overall, the positives outweigh the negatives, and many guests recommend the hotel for its convenience, comfort, and attentive staff.
