Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, with many enjoying its proximity to local attractions, beautiful views, and ease of access. The staff was frequently described as friendly and accommodating, contributing positively to guests' experiences. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with the elevators, often out of service due to recent storms, causing inconvenience especially for those on higher floors. Cleanliness was a concern for several guests, with reports of pests, unpleasant odors, and dated facilities. Some guests also felt the value for price was lacking, citing unexpected fees and aging amenities. Overall, while the location and service stood out positively, operational and maintenance issues detracted from the experience.
