Pros (+) Front desk was extremely nice and informed us of everything we needed. Brought us a roll away very fast

Cons (-) The carpet was dirty, stains all over it. The curtains I was actually afraid to touch because there was stuff and stains all over them. It just did not seem to be a clean room overall.

Cons (-) Room smelled like smoke and caused horrible allergy problems. Was told it was anon smoking room. When they cleaned the room they did not take dirty towels and only gave us 2 back instead of four.
