Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently appreciate the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, as well as its convenient location near universities and city attractions. However, several reviews mention that the hotel is old and in need of renovation, with issues such as outdated furnishings, uncomfortable beds, and maintenance problems like poor air conditioning and weak water pressure. Cleanliness is generally acceptable, though not outstanding. Breakfast receives criticism for limited variety and quality. Overall, the hotel is considered a practical choice for its service and location, but improvements are needed in comfort and amenities.
