Cons (-) Place is dated. Laundromat with breakfast area is a joke. Cant imagine buying or eating cereal in a room that smells totally of detergent. Give me a break.

Cons (-) Breakfast was listed as being included on the reservation, after settling in at the hotel, I was advised that breakfast is NOT included, had not brought snacks/food for breakfast, since reservation had listed breakfast was included. Even just toast and butter with coffee, tea would been nice. To MANY DOGS. No restaurant within walking distance.
Pros (+) Room was fine. Free laundry facility and canteen was handy.
