They do not have a counter at the airport as advertised and the representative showed up 1 1/2 hours after he was supposed to be there. Rental cars.com, who it went through, has no way to contact them, nor did 2Cars, so you just have to sit as and pray someone shows up. Terrible experience.

They are rude and have no desks at either of their listed "desk" locations on Faial in the Açores. Unlike other reputable agencies the consideration not showing up exactly when you say you will a non refundable cancellation, but there is no indication of this in the contract. Your plane or ferry is late, sorry about your luck. Then they are rude and hang up the phone when you reach out for support. They also do not respond to customer service e-mails. Absolute worst experience as it left us without a car during our stay as all agencies were fully booked for our two weeks.
