Pros (+) I was having a bad day that day and was very excited about my hotel stay. My husband and I were at the Westin for a work Christmas party. We were checking in and the chip on my card wouldn't work. They accommodated me any way they could. So Nice. That night they brought a bottle of wine and cheese to my room. The bed is so soft. The shower is phenomenal. Stay if you can

Pros (+) The stafff exceeded expectations on many levels
Cons (-) The gym/workout was small and the valet was often overwhelmed with events so that cabs and Uber's were backed up literally 325-30 cars behind the valet
