Summary of reviews
Guests say
The overwhelming majority of guests were dissatisfied with their stay at this hotel, citing severe cleanliness issues such as mold, bugs, dirty linens, and foul odors. Many also reported feeling unsafe due to broken locks, sketchy surroundings, and the presence of questionable individuals. Service was frequently described as unhelpful or rude, and several guests noted that the rooms were in poor condition and did not match online photos. Only a few positive remarks were made about helpful staff or convenient location, but these were rare exceptions.AI-generated from customer reviews
