Pros (+) Location was ideal. Bus stop for Intercity and local buses right in front of the hotel. Lots of food options and a produce store within walking distance, easy access to riverfront and Huntly Domain using overpass bridges. Cons (-) No wifi, room did not have wired internet access even. Hotel can be prone to power issues in winter due to New Zealand's crazy weather. Credit card machine (surcharge to use credit card) was down so had to pay by cash, but that wasn't their fault since the weather was chaotic when I stayed.
