Pros (+) We liked the neighborhood and the initial room was amazing. Bed was comfortable. Love they fact that there was a kitchen and a laundry facility.
Cons (-) Late in the evening there was an issue with the plaster in the ceiling of the bathroom area. My son and I got showers, when I came out of the shower area, I was hit by something and soon discovered it was plaster falling from the ceiling, there was a small drip coming from the area as well. I reported it to the hotel. They did offer to move us but was after 11:30 at night and my son was already as...

Cons (-) Our kitchen area, and tv area was infested with ants. They were crawling on the dishes in the cabinets, as well as on the kitchen table and all along the baseboards. Also, where the tv is located on the wall, you are not able to watch it while sitting or lying in the beds unless your head is turned while watching. Floor had not been swept prior to our stay. Pros (+) Very spacious , Pool and Basketball court nice for family stay
Cons (-) We were overcharged for our stay. Still waiting on the error to be fixed and for reimbursement. The water heater was off in our unit. Could not take a warm shower until maintenance came to take care of the issue.
