Pros (+) The Guys at the front desk were so helpful. The breakfast was great every day and Cindy was always on point with refills and a smile. The hotel is really nicely appointed and we had a great long stay.
Cons (-) Fitness room is not in service right now. But Manager Mike said that he's getting it fixed!

Cons (-) The fact that the sheets were chalky still dirty from the last occupants of the room and that they wouldn't come change the sheets for us.

Pros (+) Room was clean and it was right off the highway by half a dozen good restaurants
Cons (-) There were young black adults hanging out in the parking lot with the music blaring. I asked the attendant in the hotel about it and he said that its normal on weekends because of the colleges in the area. I would never have let my wife and kids stay there because of that!

Pros (+) Though this is definitely a "bare-minimum" hotel in an older building, I could not have been happier with my stay. I was staying in town for a funeral and had to find a place on short notice and, because I was traveling alone, I wanted to stay at a hotel with interior doors to the room.
