Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel’s staff for being friendly, welcoming, and helpful, with several reviewers highlighting specific team members. The location is frequently described as central and convenient for exploring the city. Many guests also enjoyed the in-hotel restaurant and bar, noting good food and fair prices. However, opinions on cleanliness and breakfast are mixed, with some guests reporting issues such as dirty bathrooms, stained towels, and underwhelming breakfast options, while others found the hotel spotless. Bed comfort is a recurring concern, with multiple guests finding the beds uncomfortable or too small. Overall, the positives of service, location, and dining stand out, but improvements could be made in room cleanliness, breakfast quality, and bed comfort.
