Orlando International Airport closed on Sep 9, at 5pm. Our tickets were for Sep 9 at 10pm. Hurricane Irma we tried to get out on the 6, 7, or 8th but Norwegian air did not have any flights available. Since we could not make the original flight on Sep 9, we never went.

The crew was very rude and aggressive. I had a woman bag and a small cabin bag and they require me to put the handbag into the cabin bag, which is fine. But i arrived to the flight after an injury in my leg when i can barley walk and needed my handbag as it has my painkillers and my leg band, but they refuse to let me keep it and keep insist that i have to put it inside the cabin bag. At the end i paid 60 euro!!!! for that as i didn't have energy to argue and the flight was about to leave. This is the last time i'll use easy jet!!! i'd rather pay more and get some human behavior. very very poor and disappointing experience.

The entertainment selections were awesome.

The passenger in front of me reclined so far, he was basically on my lap. It made it difficult to see the screen and eat dinner, which was subpar. The person behind me kept poking me in the back. I couldn't figure out how or why. I could've used more arm rest as both people on either side of me took the arm rest. So basically I was surrounded on all sides by inconsiderate people, who were probably as cramped as I was.

Once the flight was boarding/ boarded it was seamless. The crew were more than happy to meet or exceed your needs with snacks/ meals, blankets and even drinks.

Flight was delayed 1hr and 50min and the supervisor was less than accommodating even after my wife and I had told her we had 2more connecting flights this was going to affect. Due to the delay, we spent an additional $211 on flights and spent the night at the airport.

Seats were comfy, airport was clean.

EasyJet's website wouldn't let me purchase checked bag vouchers online and the people at the gate refused to believe me. Even though I had a screen shot and had called the airline. So, had to waste 100 euros in bag fees and get yelled at by two separate gate agents and the British IT person that was there working on their system. Then, we all checked in but had to wait in a tiny waiting space for an hour with no seating. One older woman was on the verge of passing out, two other passengers helped her. EasyJet personnel could care less.

Boarding was a disaster. We just stood in line like sardines for an hour. The other issue was bags. They wouldn't let me buy bag vouchers online because I had checked in. Something they don't tell you until after and wouldn't even let me buy for my return flight a week away. So I had to pay 200 euros extra for bags (more than 1/4 of my flight cost.) plus Emirates, my first flight said the bags were free because international travel. It is a failing of kayak not to fix this issue and I regret using this service. Either kayak needs to figure out a way to warn you or they should cancel using this rude, incompetent airline.

Pleasant staff, throughout outgoing journey.

Flight late coming in from Manchester to ABZ to collect us. Weather didn't help, though. My main issue and it is a serious one with regard to Aberdeen "international" airport ( nothing to do with the airline, but it has to be mentioned ) It is an appalling and embarrassing airport in relation to facilities, attitude and general " small ville" offering. it embarases me to be an Aberdonian. I read with some laughter, a line in the local press last week which requested patience from passengers during the " transformational" upgrades to the airport. Are they building a new one? Please pass this on to the airports authority' the place is a disgrace !! GG

Crew was delightful. Flight was quick. And our flight wasn't cancelled last minute like our original flight on RyanAir, so I suppose that's a positive.

It was a bit hot during the flight. The seats were slightly uncomfortable and dated. And the checked baggage/cabin baggage policy is a bit annoying. Also, music reminded me of being on an elevator in the 70's.

I paid 80 euro more just to be able to take an extra 6 kilo for a total of 46 ( the total i left with on the flight to Europe from miami for two bags). Yet when i was over about 1.6 kilos ( had bought a sweater and some other gifts in rome ) i was forced to remove it or pay even more money. So it turns out these "cheap flights" always have a catch to them. Be aware for these little tricks.

Being given £21 for breakfast after being ignored the previous evening when flight cancelled.

Flight was initially delayed by 2.75 hours ( note not breaching crtitical 3 hour mark). Then cancelled at 10 pm and then extremely badly informed about next steps. No hotels made available ; pretty much ignored to make own arrangements. Appalling lack of communication. Staff did not appear to know or communicate process, especially to foreign and elderly passengers. Shabby, but hope Eu(!) compensation will smooth the way.

Was able to get a bulkhead seat. Wheelchair staff were very efficient at LHR and TPA. Wheelchair helpers were very efficient and friendly.

The there was not a legroom class (or bulkhead seat)that could be pre-specified. I do not really care about other extras extras for premium economy. It is critical to me that I can physically fit into the space between my seat and the one in front.

The flight itself was fine and uneventful. More leg room than other flights we have been on. Seats were comfortable.

The flight was very delayed in leaving. Departure gate was not posted until 10 minutes before the original departure time with no explanation as to the reason for such a late posting. That created cause for concern that once the gate # WAS posted we would not have enough time to reach it before departure time. (There are 95 gates at Gatwick Airport!) As it turned out, getting to the gate was not a problem since the flight had been delayed ... wish we had known that ahead of time! There is no entertainment on the flight, but we did not expect any. There is a charge for all food and beverages ... we already knew this before boarding, so not a surprise.

everything went smoothly

Was able to get a bulkhead seat. Wheelchair staff were very efficient at LHR and TPA. Wheelchair helpers were very efficient and friendly.

The there was not a legroom class (or bulkhead seat)that could be pre-specified. I do not really care about other extras extras for premium economy. It is critical to me that I can physically fit into the space between my seat and the one in front.

The entertainment selections were awesome.

The passenger in front of me reclined so far, he was basically on my lap. It made it difficult to see the screen and eat dinner, which was subpar. The person behind me kept poking me in the back. I couldn't figure out how or why. I could've used more arm rest as both people on either side of me took the arm rest. So basically I was surrounded on all sides by inconsiderate people, who were probably as cramped as I was.

Organized boarding process.

I couldn't quite understand if the beverages were free and if they weren't, that seems unfair. Also, even though it was a short flight, a little entertainment/distraction is always appreciated.

Pleasant staff, throughout outgoing journey.

Flight late coming in from Manchester to ABZ to collect us. Weather didn't help, though. My main issue and it is a serious one with regard to Aberdeen "international" airport ( nothing to do with the airline, but it has to be mentioned ) It is an appalling and embarrassing airport in relation to facilities, attitude and general " small ville" offering. it embarases me to be an Aberdonian. I read with some laughter, a line in the local press last week which requested patience from passengers during the " transformational" upgrades to the airport. Are they building a new one? Please pass this on to the airports authority' the place is a disgrace !! GG

Crew was delightful. Flight was quick. And our flight wasn't cancelled last minute like our original flight on RyanAir, so I suppose that's a positive.

It was a bit hot during the flight. The seats were slightly uncomfortable and dated. And the checked baggage/cabin baggage policy is a bit annoying. Also, music reminded me of being on an elevator in the 70's.

Nothing. I will never use Flybe airline again

I was waiting by a screen for the airline to post a departure gate. When the gate was posted, I walked to it immediately only to find that it had been closed. There were no Flybe employees in sight. There were a few other people in the same situation as me and we had to wait one hour for airport security to escort us out of the terminal. When I spoke with a a Flybe representative on the phone, he told me it was my fault that I wasn't at the gate in time, but no gate info was available. Later spoke with a flight attendant from this airline and was informed that it is quite common for Flybe to poorly inform customers via airline monitors. I will never fly with Flybe again as I am out €500 for flight and hotel I was unable to use, and the employees I dealt with were incredibly rude and offered zero assistance after inconveniencing me.

Bitter experience. Both the times, the flight got delayed by 2 hrs. No courtesy to ask the passenger whether anyone is needed a bottle of water. Bad service.

Seats were comfy, airport was clean.

EasyJet's website wouldn't let me purchase checked bag vouchers online and the people at the gate refused to believe me. Even though I had a screen shot and had called the airline. So, had to waste 100 euros in bag fees and get yelled at by two separate gate agents and the British IT person that was there working on their system. Then, we all checked in but had to wait in a tiny waiting space for an hour with no seating. One older woman was on the verge of passing out, two other passengers helped her. EasyJet personnel could care less.

I paid 80 euro more just to be able to take an extra 6 kilo for a total of 46 ( the total i left with on the flight to Europe from miami for two bags). Yet when i was over about 1.6 kilos ( had bought a sweater and some other gifts in rome ) i was forced to remove it or pay even more money. So it turns out these "cheap flights" always have a catch to them. Be aware for these little tricks.

Orlando International Airport closed on Sep 9, at 5pm. Our tickets were for Sep 9 at 10pm. Hurricane Irma we tried to get out on the 6, 7, or 8th but Norwegian air did not have any flights available. Since we could not make the original flight on Sep 9, we never went.

The flight itself was fine and uneventful. More leg room than other flights we have been on. Seats were comfortable.

The flight was very delayed in leaving. Departure gate was not posted until 10 minutes before the original departure time with no explanation as to the reason for such a late posting. That created cause for concern that once the gate # WAS posted we would not have enough time to reach it before departure time. (There are 95 gates at Gatwick Airport!) As it turned out, getting to the gate was not a problem since the flight had been delayed ... wish we had known that ahead of time! There is no entertainment on the flight, but we did not expect any. There is a charge for all food and beverages ... we already knew this before boarding, so not a surprise.
