Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's breathtaking location and panoramic views, as well as the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The pool area was highlighted as a relaxing and enjoyable feature. However, many reviews pointed out significant issues with cleanliness, particularly mold and unpleasant odors in rooms and common areas. Several guests felt the rooms were outdated, poorly maintained, and in need of renovation, with some mentioning uncomfortable beds and small bathrooms. Despite these drawbacks, the overall atmosphere and service left a positive impression on many visitors.
