The staff received high marks for friendliness and helpfulness, with many guests highlighting their positive experiences with the service. Breakfasts were frequently mentioned as enjoyable, especially with rooftop views, although a few guests noted limited variety. Noise levels were a concern for several guests, particularly due to thin walls and outside disturbances, but overall, the positives outweighed the negatives.
